VERTICAL CURTAIN CUTTING MACHINE UCF-1

Key features:

- The machine is based on WK-1 roller blinds inspection hoist. It is used to measure and cut textile materials to the desired length.
- The material is attached with clips to the upper bar which can be raised to the desired height via the foot control system.
- The material is cut with the manual end cutter OT-1/R (with long handle). The end cutter is mounted on the movable lower bar. The lower bar has a range of motion within ~ 230-700 mm. The lower arm moves with the help of an electric motor and a screw mechanism.
- Thanks to this solution it is possible to precisely set the length of the cut material. The lower bar is controlled by a manual switch. In addition, the lower arm has a manual fabric clamp.

NOTE - it is not possible to move the lower and upper bar at the same time.
